Application review timeline is as follows:
In February-March, the scholarship committee will score applications based on the following criteria:- academic achievement,
- community/leadership service, and
- compelling essay
- Nominees will be notified via email and informed if they are selected or not.
- Interviews will begin late March and convene in mid April.
- Applicants must be US citizens and a graduating high school senior
- Applicants must have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 (C+) on a 4.0 system.
- Applications will be judged on the following criteria: compelling essay, academic achievement, evidence of leadership and community service.
- Applicants must be a resident of, Atlanta, Cleveland, Detroit, Houston, Lansing, Los Angeles County, or New York
Applications are posted every year in August.
