In this capacity, Amelia focuses on expanding the foundations impact in the communities we serve by providing strategic leadership, direction and oversight to . Amelia works collaboratively with the Board of Directors in leading MJF from its current stage to a more mature organization capable of delivering on its long term vision to cyclically cultivate, inspire and help to achieve self sufficiency in underserved communities.
Amelia is responsible for ensuring that the organizations fiscal, operations, fundraising, marketing, human resource, technology, and programmatic strategies are effectively implemented across all segments of the organization.

Kirk is responsible for strategic development, oversight, coordination and implementation of all fundraising initiatives. To match and exceed our goals, Kirk is responsible for exploring and cultivating all funding opportunities, including corporate, foundation, and individual funding, to ensure the continued success and growth.
