At the steps of City Hall, New York City Council Members, community leaders, health educators, advocates and people living with HIV/AIDS called on the importance of HIV testing in the Latino/Hispanic communities to combat the growing HIV/AIDS epidemic among communities of color nationwide and in Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and the District of Columbia.
